Following the six-week plan will shift your metabolism from fat-storage to fat-burning mode. You will experience weight loss, more energy, less fatigue, decreased appetite and fewer sugar and carb cravings. You will eat according to your hunger levels and choose foods for increased energy.
There are three, two-week phases to follow. After the six weeks you will know how to lose weight, maintain your weight and get back on track if needed. This is NOT a diet! It will teach you how to control your weight. You will not weigh food, measure, count calories, or keep a journal. You will also have access to recipes, accountability and daily workouts and a nutrition blog.
